This forum is Kat fans talking about how nice of Kat to be friends with Alia when she is with rk. Kat and Rk broken up. If we talk about morals it’s Kat who is messed up while she was having her boyfriend sleeping with another woman’s boyfriend. Let’s not paint Kat as innocent. If Rk was interested in Kat, he wouldn’t moved out of the apartment and didn’t even leave her a note saying he left. Rk did that breakup with Kat the right way, amazing on his part. Alia and rk don’t have chemistry but at least both of their family approves of their relationship

RK has admitted that Alia is his girlfriend in Rajeev Masand IV...so even he is disinterested, which I agree that he only ever seemed completely besotted with Kat and was most comfortable as a costar with Anushka..he has no qualms atleast accepting this relationship.

The comments on Kat and DP I think mostly are because it looks like the women were serious, and he wasn't from the get-go. Not simply changing minds. Never intended to make it permanent. Which kind of was a lousy thing to do. Plus, all the PR comments which made him look like a stud at the expense of the ladies (DP paid him back in kind😆).

Of course no one knows what happened except them, but that's the vibe all media outlets gave. His dad and mom's comments didn't help.

Alia was smart enough to demand that commitment from the outset. Or he felt it was the right time for him. Or his mother arranged it. The whole thing does have arranged marriage vibe to it.

What I don't get are the sneers. 80% (maybe more) of Indian marriages are arranged. So why is this particular couple being mocked? Shahid- Mira at least has a power differential for peeps to comment on. RK-Alia are well-matched. So why all the mockery?
