I don't think Sushant was victim of nepotism or was depressed because of his career.. He was pretty much a league behind Varun and could have caught up had he stayed but what the dirty politics and groupism and PR did to his image within industry ( anyone who has worked with him have loved him but even likes of Manoj,Sara and other co actors have confessed how their perception of him changed after they met him because they haven't heard good things abt him) bothered him and yes people behind that at least should be held responsible.

However like I said I don't think things will change.. Bollywood is not mafia wood like what Kangu and Right wing dimwits are trying to portray but it's like a high school with bunch of rich elite students who look down upon anyone below their status and even their own school and want to be at some ivy League clg ( Hollywood lol).

Rajkumar Rao is the best actor we have today, period. Followed by Shahid and then Ranbir. Alia is liked by default by Deepika haters. I've yet to meet a true blue Alia fan except Briahna on this forum. The rest are just Deepika haters masquerading as Alia fans😆

With regards to your previous point about audience rejecting nepo kids, these are only few among the nepo kids that were rejected. But let's look at their competition, who were they? Yes, nepo kids. If AB Jr. was rejected, Hrithik Roshan was accepted. If Esha Deol was rejected, a Kareena Kapoor was accepted. Of course, there have been certain outsiders who were accepted. It was somewhat more balanced in the 90s and 00s. Now, it's become even more crowded with nepo kids. Nepo abaadi badh gayi hain. 😆

Rajkummar Rao is a good actor, but hardly gets any publicity. You know who is an outsider that gets all of it? Yeah, you guessed it right. 🤣 N therein lies the problem for outsiders trying to make their mark. 😆

Minty Deepika is not an outsider .

If Pepsodent is the only toothpaste available in a supermarket then customers will buy it. It does not mean they like it. They don't have any choice. Audiences have rejected many nepo products. But still they are getting chance. Soon there will be no outsiders. BW will be filled with useless nepo products. Audience will have no option other than watching them.

Bhumi is a living example of that Who played the same character in every film and getting films due to her YRF connection.
