Exercise with Bollywood!

Time to get back into our fitness with a Bollywood designed program!

Let's start with warming up our legs and arms.

Good - now relax those arms and keep warming up the legs!

Switch it back up. Arms, legs a 1 and 2. 10 reps.

Now our final whole body warm up.
