No one cares abt mediocrity

Na Bollywood has a way of putting people on chane ki jhaad regardless of how good or mediocre their performance is ( because most of the times mainstream cinema is mediocre) It all depends on what your position is to be honest. Pari for some reason seems to have lost status in the industry. I don't even remember when was the last time she was actually considered rising star. She still got some wishes from industry people thanks to her contacts but it looks like there is no way for her to actually regain that position she once had as Alia's one and only true competition. Even her acting has deteriorated.

Just finished watching. Meh 🥱 ...Her drunk persona wasn't very convincing. Her face expressions are quite natural during scenes when she wasn't shouting/being very emotional.

The funniest part of the movie was the courtroom scene. Looked like a YT skit. Did they even try to imitate a real court proceeding? 😆

Pari was actually quite good. I don't get this refusal to acknowledge good performances. First in Gangubai trailer thread, now here. As audience, shouldn't our primary concern be entertainment? Celebs have their paid staff to run PR or drag down others. Why do unpaid work in your free time?😆

P.S. That being said, Aditi was better. How is she not getting more chances?

I don’t get the refusal to legitimise other opinions that differ from our own..matlab they have to always be agenda driven/ paid/ unpaid work? And the so called “positive” opinions are purely from the goodness of hearts with no bias involved ..yeh rite 😂

The definition of “good performance” varies from person to person ...not an absolute value that once has to be forced to “acknowledge it”

Then you should stop lecturing others on what their opinions should and shouldn't be. People have differing opinions, get over it.
