Roberts Gym is something I’ve been following since last year. I swear her workouts are like magic. It completely transformed my body shape. Atleast 15 mins I make sure I do some of her exercise every single day.

Hai na!! I sweat so hard in her videos! Even pro trainers like Chloe, Pamela, Emi don't make me sweat so much 😆

And even tho the titles are unrealistic (4kg in 7 days), the intensity is so much that you would lose that much weight within a month.

Ah my area of expertise (6 years as a certified fitness professional and 11 years of fitness education).

Simplest thing you can do is just start moving. No need to ask for exercise recommendations. Best is to lift weights and most of your workout should consist of that plus a bit of cardio. Spend an entire workout only doing compound exercises until you become used to it. Nutrition is even more important. All diets will do the same thing, being balanced and consistent is key and should be feasible.

Do not turn to Instagram "influencers" or celebrities unless they have the credentials to back up their claims. It's dangerous to follow these people and remember celebrities have a team of professionals behind them curating their appearance.

Remember, each person is different. Each body is different. What works for one person will not necessarily work for someone else. This is why you need to find someone who will train you for your body and not do what some celebrity or "influencer" is doing. Also, if you do get a trainer or follow someone make sure they have a university degree or diploma in the field.

It's not a no carb, it's a low carb. Most food, especially veggies have carbs as well.

I don't think keto is for everyone, but I also don't understand when people think keto is nonsense. Ketosis is science. Your body entering state of ketosis is not a theory or opinion, it can be proven by science. Keto works for quick weight loss. The problem is maintaining it because who doesn't want rice, pasta and bread. Or in my case lentils.

This sounds like too much gibberish and blabbering. Nothing really constructive, concrete, specific or useful recommendation. It's pretty strange and weird that you call this as your area of expertise😕

No problem! Best of luck on ur journey!

Try to do some Yoga for a month or two before switching to proper exercises. You won't strain yourself then.

And if you have PCOS, try do Yoga at least 5 days a week in the morning...like Surya Namaskar, Dhanur Aasan, Trikon Aasan, Cat-Cow Pose, some ab workout and end with Shavasan.

It should help stimulate your ovaries and solve the hormone issues that comes with PCOS.

That helped my irregular periods and I would've gotten PCOS/D had I not started Yoga 😊

I am sorry if it came across like that. It's hard to get such information across on a forum neither can I train someone over a forum. I can only give quick advice and move on. Yup it is my area of expertise, have lengthy education and training in the field with recognized credentials.

The point I was making is that it is dangerous to follow celebrities and "influencers" unless they are educated and certified professionals in the industry. The fitness industry is not regulated properly and too many people follow bad advice. It's quite dangerous.

There was nothing specific and concrete because as I explained in my post, each person has a different body and workouts are catered to each individual. There is no one size fits all in fitness. I cannot give concrete advice unless I sit down and interview the individual; get to know them, their goals, their lifestyle, their skill level, test them on their movements, etc. before I create a long-term plan for them, create their session workouts, provide nutrition advice etc. In the end, in a place like this I can only give some basic advice which most people don't realize. All I can do is provide some simple advice like spending most of the workout lifting weights and doing compound exercises.
