I was scrolling youtube and found this. Watched whole video ...and I am just thinking ...

Most of the people here have found their passion, their dream job..or know what they want to do for a living which makes money plus gives satisfaction..

How did you all find your passion?

Like S said, "Doing that, itself is exciting, enjoying that how much ever hard work we do, doesn't seem like hardwork, so we are evolving, being better but still enjoying"..

And if we are not passionate about what we are doing ...how to get that motivation to do that?

When you are getting paid for the work you do, its a strong motivator IMO in itself.

Sometimes your not passionate about work. You just to do cause you have to. But then in free time you can spread your passion. I’m passionate about food and shows and and movies and songs 😆

I use to to have passion for Instagram but I quit that 😂

I love playing around with words, and hence joined publishing. I had my dream job when I joined, but was getting paid peanuts. Then I joined this present company, which is paying me very well, but the work is tedious and comprises of styling more than editing. I'm glad I quit today

So to answer your question...passion and financial incentives have to go hand-in-hand. The ideal situation is when one doesn't have to compromise on either, and are getting paid well for a job you love. But that happens rarely...most people have to compromise...passion alone can't pay the bills...

(Loved hearing Ssr's views, also Pewdipie's reactions..Ssr was something else..

money+fame his main aim.. and even before knowing passion, he did great in his studies ..wow..so, he haad that habit of making everything a step, game, did this, now this and then that and settled..

Fame, I never desired but money ofcourse and good life? I don't know I have that tendency, I can't imagine future..I can't even imagine me passing my exams ..I always did okay in my life but since 10, I have the tendency to think my life wouldn't go beyond that..thought I would die before 10th board, and even in 12 th board and now..I can't imagine what my life would be in future...

what I desire:

Good life.. happy life ..

I fear life ..I want this gone

I dont know...i may never understand. I have never been passionate about anything. Although, I like making money ...and always liked the idea of making money.

Passion without abilities mean nothing. Maybe passion means putting in all kinds of efforts using all of your potential and give all of your time in learning a skill ? Whatever it is...its one of the most abused word these days.

I found my passion while I was fighting with depression. I am crazy for plants and tmkoc and started loving these when I was recovering or rather they helped me recover from it.
