Your review of movie Badla(2019)?

I found it an extremely good adaptation of the Spanish original. Chilling and atmospheric, there were scenes which gave me goosebumps literally. Vivid, tactile, often claustrophobic, and gorgeously acted movie. Amitabh Bachchan was superb in it. The ending was unrealistic and far-fetched, but that's the only weakness I can think of.

I watched it in the theatre and it was such a wonderful experience...the hall was packed and people were so invested in the movie.👍🏼 The collective gasps, shudders and exclamations made the whole experience worthwhile.

Taapsee's acting left a lot to be desired though.

I watched the original and also the Telugu version of it after which this one felt lame and peeka. Tapsee was definitely the weakest link but the screenplay also wasn’t all that packed. The climax especially was so silly and atrocious.

Agree. Except for the ending it was good story. Didn't know it was a remake though.
