Why did Disha fail in becoming Katrina 2.0?

Disha Patani was touted as the next Katrina Kaif by some, what with her being ready to discard all inhibitions onscreen and make a career out of being bold, in-your-face sexuality and a glam doll.

But let's face it...Disha didn't manage to follow in Katrina's footsteps and has been a case of wasted potential so far. She could have achieved a lot more by now, because it's been 4 years since her debut and still she's not really that popular beyond social media.

She's definitely not a crowd-puller like Katrina was in her heyday and hasn't yet generated that kind of fan following, even among the launde lapades.

With herself boasting of all the requirements, why is she relegated to a marginal spot?

She's shown skin, done the quintessential item number, but hasn't yet achieved a fraction of the popularity which Katrina had during her peak.

Why did she fail in becoming the second Katrina?

She's not as pretty, and doesn't have that aura of warmth and positivity that Kat had and still has.

That said, Disha though not a good actress by a far cry still acts better now than Kat in her early days 😆

She looks so good,the prettiest actress among the new ones IMO.Its a wonder tbh.

She doesn't have Sallu lol also the competition is tougher. In her era Kat was probably the only tall, pretty, fair skinned( firangi) actress but today there are 10 look alikes of Katty. Jacqueline could wish she would have been the next Katrina but she is 10 times worse actress than her and that is saying something.

Did disha aspire to be a kartrina copy? they don't look alike and I don't think disha can dance as well as katrina. She can may be try being original for a while.

Too early to say she failed . She still has Radhe and an female oriented movie with Ekta

She's pretty and has a hot bod. But she is sooo bland and dull.

Has there ever been any 2.0? People don't need new versions of existing people. They want new people. I don't think anyone can be new katrina or have that katrina-esque image and success due to it. Bollywood has changed a lot. No one cares right now if you are pretty, tall or have a hot body or do gorgeous dance numbers.

Maybe She hasn't her stardom,, but the girl has a big fanbase
