Thanks Aphrodite! I'm glad there are people who understand the type of abuse a lady gets in our culture if they have dated someone previously.

A lot of double standards. That's why I respect a guy who will not only protect the lady from this kind of abuse and only talk when he is fully ready to commit to someone.

YOur right that also most of the time it is "women" themselves who will have the double standards.

BTW,if you had noticed,some of these people condoning the abuse dont live in India😉,so does that make all Canadians and Americans hypocrites and chauvinists??

,, but when she was giving out vicious statements about him, he remained quiet, when he too could have opened his mouth and disgraced her reputation in anyway possible! Ash is a Indian girl, her reputation would have been ruined more than Sallu's but he understood that and never said a word, now that is what I call RESPECT!

I would never generalize especially regarding stuff like this
