Plot twists you didn't see coming?

What are some examples of BW movies with good plot twists that you didn't see coming?

For me-- Kahaani takes the cake when I realized that Vidya Bagchi wasn't pregnant. It was an iconic moment.

Baazigar. Shahrukh's character scared me out of my wits when he pushed Seema off the roof.

I didn't see it coming..

Nobody..... literally nobody saw this coming no matter how illogical this twist was.

Oh yes I was shocked too...I was so small and I had a hard time differentiating the character from the actor...used to hate SRK back then!
