It looks like the strike of this Brahmastra will cause a complete destruction of Aloo's career, or whatever's left of it. 😆

Isn't there a SLB movie too? How did she bag that after Kalank? That's literally like Alia starring in Sadak 3 after Sadak 2... do they not get the hint from audience? 😆

This is their trending list for Hotstar Premium shows and films. Which you need to subscribe for Rs. 1000 yearly. Sadak 2 is not a premium show, it's a Hotstar VIP multiplex film and there's no such trending list for their VIP shows and films the reason why you only see international English shows and films in this trend list and not any Indian shows and films. Both are different. No one knows if Sadak 2 is trending or not since Hotstar doesn't give out numbers or number based trend list for it's VIP shows and films. Maybe Ormax can throw some light next week.

Stranger things have happened .... I wouldn't put it past some tech wizards out there.

I've never seen movies trending as 1, 2, and 3 on Netflix before. If this is a new trend, I still suspect that money has been fed to promote and showcase Aloo's flop movie trending as number 1.

Either way, there's no way it's trending as number 1 organically, just like how it always is with Aloo. 😆

How? In their last week's article they said they had made that top chart from public survey. How can that be related to the actual views?

All their lists are made from public survey and sample sizes only. So probably not next week but maybe in a month or so. Hardly anything is per actual views but the industry still looks at it as an indication to measure success/failure.

Not possible. Like I said this is a screengrab from an Mi TV that has a feature of all trending shows among all OTT platforms for Mi smart tv users.

Netflix has been releasing their top 10 films/shows every day worldwide from last year. And Sadak 2 is on hotstar and not Netflix so no one will pay Netflix to trend a film showing on Hotstar.

Hain? When I was younger I used to pretend I have seen the show/movie everyone has been talking about. That has got nothing to do with age though. even middle aged people act the same. So a good number will vote without even watching the show/movie. They will take the name of the movie they have heard of, or a formidable star in that movie. At one point on street shows maximum number of people used to say Aamir is their favorite actor to appear classy. Besides they vote for Aish even though she has not been doing movies for years.

Did people suddenly change their minds after Sadak 2 was uploaded on Hotstar? They're both online and the population hasn't changed either. Logically, it doesn't make sense, hence the conclusion that there is some underhanded maneuvering going on to stick it up there as "Number 1" to create a false sense of success even when it might not be.

Word has it that a certain nepo potato's ego is very bruised and the forces around her are working hard day and night to apply aloe vera gel and other cooling ointments to salvage it.

There is no measurement of success for OTT/YT releases. There are fake/bought views on YT where the views are transparent, OTT will pin their new releases as trending coz they've spent money on it they'd desperately want people to watch it. Third parties like Ormax, don't have the access to the numbers, so they'd either ask people whether they watched it... which is faulty coz many will say yes... many will give down vote to the film they watched but disliked... many troll like people would downvote even without watching it. And there are big producers and actors with huge ego, they would constantly pay Ormax to put their films at higher place. Not just ego, this is business. Showing their latest product was success means less damage on their career.

These industry kids and some producers have been manipulating numbers of theatrical releases aur OTT ka toh koi haath paed bhi nahin.

OTT pe film dekho, acha lage toh kahin pe express karlo, bas. Wait. Wahan pe bhi ghotala. There were fake praise from a good number of small time influencers for Anushka's show/movie.
