I remember that letter. It was quite a harrowing read as she went into details of their relationship. I think she even mentioned the fact that she wouldn't be around when he finds that letter and the fact that there was no purpose left for her anymore to go on as he had completely broken her spirit, dreams, and ambition.

This is one of the reasons why I never even thought that there was a murder angle to this case. I am not really sure what her mother is talking about when she talks about Jiah being murdered. Was it proved that the letter was fake?

the mother talks about murder because just like sushant, her case dont make sense. For example, she was in a track suit but she actually changed her clothes before committing suicide, why? Thus the mother questions, what happened to her clothes.

He's claimed Sushant called him back and they planned on doing something?

What did he do for these 6 months while staying with Sushant?

Was he being payed by SSR? 😕 He was living rent free, that's for sure.So what exactly did he do these 6 months

I also noticed on Rhea's twitter that she's given picture credits to pithani for even may 2019.i am beginning to doubt if SSR called him back or actually Rhea.

Agree with you and zaniax. I prefer sticking to relevant facts only in this thread, things that remain unexplained related to his death.

What was the time of his death? His last recorded conversation was on June 13th. Did he die the night of 13th or early in the morning?

- All his flatmates mentioned that he never locked his room. So anyone could have easily entered and sedated him that night, before committing the ugly deed. And then staging as a suicide.

- If it was really a suicide, why were they so quick to untie him before the police arrived? After all according to them, they waited for hours before opening the locked door. Didn't Rhea say she was a call away...why wasn't she called first around the time that his sister was called? They could have called both of them.

- the call records of all flatmates and especially the new cook/staff need to be interrogated as well, especially from June 8th to June 20th. Their actions are not entirely above board. Who made the decision to move him to Cooper hospital?

- Each of them need to be separated and grilled for hours by Bihar police and we will get to the truth that much quicker. If you recall, Bihar police weren't allowed to conduct their investigations.

- Am finding it very hard to believe Siddhant and the new cook's briefing to media; if you notice at no point did he give a clear time. He stuck to a script of, SSR going out for a run, then asking for water, juice, no breakfast, ya da yada. And them waiting for hours and hours, but then calling his sister , waiting for a locksmith rather than forcing door open, all the story of his door being locked. I doubt that SSR even left outdoors or checked his phone that specific day.

- The story of locked door is very interesting and fishy. Let Bihar police talk to locksmith as well.

- Who prescribed the medicines? Who bought the medicines from pharmacy? Since how long?

- How conveniently Rhea, Mukesh and Mahesh Bhatt, the weird psychiatrist, Bhatt employee created a depression-suicide story. Why did the Bhatts get involved here? There were 16 calls made very close to his death.

- I doubt SSR had access to his phone, laptop etc and wondering if someone (?Siddhant) was the one posting on his instagram.

- Was SSR getting death threats on this phone? When Disha Salian died suddenly, his immediate worry was he too would be killed and framed as suicide?

I really respect the way Bihar police handled this investigation, if not for Rhea issuing a Supreme Court appeal and using her Mumbai DCP connection to issue a 14-day quarantine, they would have solved the case quicker, collecting relevant facts sooner.

A couple of things really bother me. Rhea and her family's shady financial dealings have come to light. This was well-planned since at least 9 months before his death; most likely the medications and isolating started once they went on a Europe trip together. Rhea was not acting alone, she was in cahoots with a couple of people. Does she have an underworld connection? Why has she not been arrested yet based on the fraudulent financial transactions alone??

These are the areas we need to be focusing on. Specific relevant facts only. Not random gossip/social media drama.

Sorry for my long post above. My main point here is that, things are shady but not complicated to solve. Instead, justice is being deliberately denied here by introducing unnecessary delays and allowing the guilty people time for witness tampering and hiding the true details of his death.
