And that's one thing I LOVE about my brother, he doesn't shy away from beautifying himself! 🤣

Initially I used to go WTF your face looks fine, why do you need a concealer for?! But he likes to groom himself, which I have come to respect about him. He doesn't get bogged down with societal perception of how a man should be! He gets a freaking 5/5 on this one!

And a freaking 0/5 when it comes to Kitchen duties! 🤣 - Lazy a$$!

Progressiveness comes when people stop judging others for what they want to do, how they want to live their lives.

If men like to groom themselves, in all their make up'ed glory, then that's what they should do without being judged for it. Who made this rule that men can't use make up. If one doesn't want to use make then fine as well!

I am a woman and I'm not crazy about makeup but I have felt the pressure of being expected to use it. So, people should be free to live their lives whatever way they want without any stereotypical expectations.

My brother( cousin actually) LOVED cooking but he was discouraged by my regressive uncle who doesn't like seeing men in the kitchen. I know for a fact he isn't 100% happy in his current profession.

People can have their own preferences and what not but trouble is with labelling people into categories and being judgemental and that's what I dislike.

I hope I was able to convey what I wanted to, I'm not always very good at explaining things.

See the thing is I don't care what a man or a woman or a transgender do with themselves.

But if I see a man trying to doll up like a female, I will say he is dolling up like a female. If that offends people, it is their burden not mine. If they think me mentioning a mere fact is somehow me being deprived of progressiveness or whatever it means, than so be it. I am saying they are trying to doll up like female is being judgemental than so be it.
