Raman Raghav 2.0 is too dark and disturbing!

I watched Raman Raghav 2.0 and found it a dark and disturbing, very gory, and extremely graphic movie on violence. I can't say I liked it much but the direction was good and acting flawless. Nawazuddin Siddique is a relentless psychopath and he was so menacing and evil in the movie that you feel almost suffocated by his presence! He was just fantastic in the movie, what a performance, should go down in cinematic history. Vicky Kaushal was brooding, intense, and extremely good. He's a brilliant actor as well, too bad he is doing movies like Bhoot, he deserves better.

The basic premise of the film is that these two men are similar to each other, and under the garb of sophistication Raghav is as much of a psychopath as Raman. This premise is executed well, but at times the movie is so dark you feel like you need a breath of fresh air, which is denied to you.

One word review -- MORBID.

I loved the movie. Personally, after Gulaal, this & Ugly are my most favorite Anurag Kashyap movies.

There is this one scene I love, where Amruta Subhash (awesome actress, plays his sister) is out and sees a police officer. That one decision, costs her dearly.

Also, there is a bold scene, where Shobhita has er exposed. 😳

Towards the end you see how Raman & Raghav are 2 sides of the same coin.

Nawaz's performance is right up there as the best villains ever played.

Oh yes...how can I forget that scene? Brilliant acting by Amruta.

What follows later is gut-wrenching and heart-breaking.

Vicky in the movie is that bf to Shobita who literally wears red signal and screams "Dont come near me!' but so freaking hot taht you say chuck it and fall for him anyway🤣

You should watch Titli starring Shashank Arora and Shivani Raghuvanshi, its a nice watch too if you into ark movies

I watched it in the theatre. I usually love dark movies so I ended up liking it but damn some scenes were definitely uncomfortable. Especially the one where his sister forces Nawaz to grope her to cool him down from killing her husband.

That scene where Shivani pees in the car 😆

And the one where Shashank uses a hammer on his own hand.

That was one amazing movie. Ranveer was great in that too!

Very underrated. These guys are such talented actors.
