On July 9th the Mumbai police was about to close this case as a case of suicide. They didn't even want to explore the abetment to suicide angle? Today there is the Bihar police ruling out the possibility of suicide the way the Mumbai police narrated it. Today there has been an investigation order by the Prime Minister to be done by the Enforcement Directorate. There are two real investigations going on apart from the sham one done by the Mumbai police. Not only that the media has uncovered facts that can be brought to court. Proof the fact that Sushant's dad had filed a complaint in Feb is huge and can be use in court.

Ishkaran clearly states they warned the police that Sushant's life was in danger. In June Sushant dies and the Mumbai police don't even file an FIR. Both Disha and Sushant two healthy young people, who know a lot about each other die around the same time. That itself suggest conspiracy. I questioned that here no one believed me. The channels picked it up and the lawyers said there is a lot of merit to it. Yes, there is a Bollywood PR machinary around trying to discourage, contradict any facts even the channels investigating this uncover. But even they are proving things that can be use in court.

If we never had hope for justice we would have never come this far. Now we are half way there and people are losing hope. Remember how far the public uproar took the Jessica Lal case. Dr. Swamy alone was able to prove that Sunanda's death was not a simple suicide. The family wants justice and they need our support.

Look how confident the lawyer assigned by Dr. Swamy then on who talked to Nitish and other Bihari government officials and put pressure on them for a CBI probe sounds.

I don't think I have even seen him so happy after evidence uncovered by media. I trust a lawyer more than Bollywood PR machinery.

How about whatever the family claimed or seeking the answers for, at least give them that and THEN question all these ? Let's make the list of what the family wants -

1. What happened to the complaint they did via digital media in Feb. Thanks to LiveEatLove, came across the video that Digital Media complaints ARE legit ones.

2. Where is Rhea and what are the Mumbai police doing or have done to close on the investigation around his bank accounts, personal equation with Rhea and all other associates/cook/help/CA etc. to focus on that ?

3. CBI probe.

4. Letting Bihar Police deal with the case.

5. Not creating obstacles on Bihar Police doing some priliminary on-site investigation.

Once the useless Mumbai Police and the authority closes on these, then let's focus on the 174792073 questions on why's and what's of the family's inactions. Because one thing is clear amidst everything, that at least the FAMILY didn't kill him, did they ? 😊

Of course the Mumbai police has done a shoddy job and all the points above are valid. At this point transferring the case to CBI seems to be the best option.

However, as a neutral party when I am presented with certain opinions or narratives, I do tend to question their veracity and the logic behind them and that's what I am doing. Just because they are the victim's family does not mean that nothing they say should ever be questioned. I am sure an investigator would have asked them these questions. Questioning them also does not mean that I think they are at fault or have something to hide. It's merely trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together and currently a lot of pieces are missing some of which may be in the answers that the family give.

Most of his fans think they're his fans. But they're just TV soap fans and their posts reflect that with their unnecessary melodrama & misplaced emotions. Sushant wasn't pavitra rishta, he probably hated doing it even. Ever read his tweets, his thoughts, his philosophies of life, his books, his science? Did you understand them?

You might've been a fan of Sushant the actor. I'm a fan of Sushant the person, the philospher. I'm going through all his tweets and his thoughts all over again and each one of it was so profound and so deep. If you're a fan, go do it too instead of this melodrama. You might get a glimpse into that brilliant mind.

I am not blaming the family or saying Rhea is innocent. I am a 100% sure that his family are the only people currently doing everything with no hidden agenda in mind and to truly seek justice for him.

That does not mean that there are no loopholes or questions in what they are saying. It's highly possible that the family has a reasonable answer for all these questions but we don't know what that is yet, so for now these are still questions in my mind.

@Bold - So Rhea was blackmailing him YET she left him/broke up with him on the 8th and called his sister to come and stay with him. I believe this much has been corroborated by his family as well. So technically Sushant and his family should have been relieved that Rhea left. However, his sister claimed that he was upset about the break up. Why would he be upset about the break up if he was being blackmailed by her?

Also, Rhea left so should that not have been a perfect opportunity for his family to take him back with them so that they can take care of him/ treat him?? How come they din't do that?

Again not saying that the family is lying, but in my mind these are legitimate questions to which we still don't have an answer?

We still don't know what the conversation was till date. Rhea's side claims she asked his sister to take care of him. His sister's version doesn't say that.

He was not upset with her leaving . But she did take his medical transcripts with her . Clearly to continue the blackmail. Also the fishy Disha link. Very weird.

Political parties might have political agendas. But politicians from all different parties are supporting a CBI inquiry. The Prime Minister is for fighitng with Sushant or why would he order an ED investigation? Why would he acknowledge Dr. Swamy's letter who has critiqued his policies in the past. See you cant just post you opinions and assert them as facts. You need facts that back up your opinions. Your opinion is Modi doesn't support Sushant. My opinion is that he does. But I have facts to back them up like how Modi order for an ED investigation and how he aknowledged Dr. Swamy's letter. You only have empty assertions.

The family wants to fight for justice. People support they have is encouraging them. Preventing that support from continuing to support them is what will cause them suffering. 😉

And you feel CBI inquiry will lead to something? See all these different parties and your Prime Minister know that by supporting a CBI inquiry, they are going to earn brownie points in the eyes of public right now. But all of them know if powerful people are involved, nothing is going to happen. It's all politics.

Yes see public pressure got these powerful people to do as the public wishes. Even though other powerful people were trying to stop it like Uddhav Thackrey. And in the future they will get the powerful parties who dont have the motive to bury this case to do as they wish by continuing their public uproar for justice. It has already succeeded and it will continue to succeed.

I have no doubt Rhea is guilty. Her behavior after the FIR came out makes that much clear. However, she is guilty of what and to what extent that had an impact on SSR's death is something we don't know yet for sure because we have not heard the other side of the story.

For eg there is proof that Rhea was using SSR's money. However, we don't know for sure yet if SSR knew about it or if he was ok with it. If SSR was ok with her spending his money then however fazool those expenditures were, it did not matter. Again Rhea looks really shady and I am sure the family has some proof for them to make these claims so not saying that they are lying or that Rhea is innocent.

His sisters came down in Nov to take him back. They couldn't . His old servant also mentioned this . He and Priyanka went and they were not allowed to meet him. Not allowed to talk to him.

It's funny that there are so many charges that the family has slapped on Rhea other than abetment to suicide and other than 15 cr ghapla but obviously you cant see them. Coz you dont want to see them. You want to believe it's all about the money. You have made up your mind that the family is money hungry and Rhea and Mumbai police are angels and angelic entities respectively.

And keep thinking it was just a lazy WhatsApp message . Delhi HC judgement last year allows such messages to be paid heed to in matters of urgency and in the WhatsApp message ' threat to life' was clearly mentioned.

Sushant's lawyer will drag the Mumbai Police personnel over this.

And as for the entire timeline for what exactly happened. We do not know yet. They will give their testimonies in court. Till then continue blaming the family.

Bold: Another story with 2 versions. Ankita's version has Sushant himself making an excuse not to meet his Rani Di. Doesn't mention anything about taking him back either. And what does November have to do with Feb anyways, when they learnt that Sushant feared for his life.

Italics: It was a lazy whatsapp message because there was no follow up ever. Even if the police wasn't interested, why didn't they make some effort themselves to head out to Mumbai to see if Sushant was ok. They had no problem doing it when they learnt Rhea was leaving. They were there in 3 hrs.

Thackeray is involved for sure. Shiv sena is a bunch of Glorified goons anyways.
