Blinds ARE false because if there were real evidence, they wouldn't be blinds. Evidence would mean the subject cannot sue for defamation even if posted with names because then it is news. Lack of evidence would mean, yes, they can sue if posted with names. Gossip is posted as blinds without names precisely because there is no evidence.

It builds a narrative. And narrative without evidence is not news, it's fiction.

This thread is an exercise in suggesting yeah, yeah, we all agree blinds should be illegal because they're posted without evidence, but what if the BLINDS about SUSHANT were TRUE?

Matlab, we all know fans won't believe it's true, but if the STORIES were TRUE?

I mean, may be the #METOO wasn't true, but what is the talk about him being UNSTABLE and a TROUBLE MAKER were true?

Now, Rajeev Masand is also defended. Wow. KJo and Alia are still understandable but Masand really? Every celebrity from Sonam even has said that Blinds are wrong. Manoj and Apurva Asrani has openly called out him. Blinds are wrong in any way no matter whether they are true or false, say it openly by taking the names, why hiding behind that.
