And I had chicken tikka pizza in India. It tasted amazing!

what is that like?😆
Make the basic gravy with garlic-ginger and onion, once cooked add fresh diced tomato, cook it and then add a 2 tablespoon of jogurt. Cook it for 5 minutes and then add cubed and marinated Paneer ( marination is simply salt, black pepper, haldi and little red mirchi powder with a bit of garlic butter for flavor). Cook for 5 minutes ( add some water if you want gravy a little runny)
Indians add tikka option in every dish. Be it meat, veg, pizza or even pasta🤣

I wanted to eat paneer today but I don’t know where I screwed in the process because what came out after squeezing lemon in the milk was definitly not paneer🤔😭
Had to make mooli ke kofte in the end.
White vineagar is better option to make paneer i believe
