This is so true.

All of us fail and loose opportunities. I have even dealt with smear campaign and depression. We need to learn something from these failures and move on. If we are professional in our work, then there is no dearth of opportunities.

Very true and this is exactly what was used against him - successfully build the narrative that he was ' difficult to work with' , ' has tantrums ' etc etc.

I will reiterate what I had written before , Bollywood gives a damn about bedroom shenanigans but unprofessional stories especially of an outsider would not have been taken nicely.

And about his movies ...it had become a common media norm...if it's a hit , it's someone else's film but if it's a flop it certainly is his film. It still is though for some. Sonchiriya is his film coz its a flop but Chhichhore isnt his film coz its a superhit. 😳

As I mentioned those blinds of Ayushmann being a problem was even earlier there before any of his hits even afterwards behavior on sets.

The actresses are getting even worse blinds written.

Even the Pakistan actors fawad and Ali Zafar.

That cycle unfortunately won’t change. Media themself is bias. Look at the Boxoffice Page and how bias they are. You need to giver several hits back to back so that they have no other options to accept it and will again find a reason. But we here aren’t better either. If you look at all the comparisons that is made of youngsters who is more bankable. This forum was full of such discussion. Still after so many years it’s still being made.? At the end there is a lot more factors other than the star itself to make a hit if your name is not Salman Khan right now.

i only mentioned the performance lately what I read and which name was often used of course Media should have pushed it but his team had to do it too but media does only when you have several big hits. There I agree if it’s a star kid like Ranbir, Alia or Varun it’s written differently in comparison.

Unfortunately that is how it is always going to be. I have already read kafi comments online and some here as well who have said that he chose the easy way out and how he wasn't courageous enough. And this narrative will always remain in a certain section. Suicide is looked at like that by a lot of people.

Yeah and I have no idea why people think it's a weak thing. I've seen a lot of people say it's selfish even on this forum. Reminds me of the line in Joker film where it's said that "The worst part about having a mental illness is that people expect you to behave as if you don't", when people call suicide selfish and other things they indirectly imply that depression is something under people's control and you can just snap out of it but truth is that severe depression actually affects the person and they're not in their proper senses.

However, its not okay to bring down other unsuspecting actors who had nothing to do with him or his career just because either you also happen to not like them or you just read a blind or some stupid Tweet or some other bit from a flying source....You want to mourn Sushant, please do by all means...But if you want to vent your guilt and regrets by pulling down other actors, it will only create bad blood for Sushant which none of his fans would want...I am not a fan but I its paining me to see how people are misusing his name to pull others down!

I have nothing against Ranveer because I don't care him.

But it seems that Ranveer has benefited from the loss (RL) of sushants regardless of whether he was involved or not.

yes, whether its a flop or hit, doesn't matter........ in this industry nobody thrashes their first producers movies so easily.....

the fact he did, shows how much he disliked the subject......

this is the problem with us audience.........we see the truth infront of our eyes, yet we keep believing what the media tells......... They told us rubbish about SSR, we believed it and started thrashing him.......finally it took his death to open our eyes and see the truth...........now some vested interests in order to safeguard themselves have put another name ahead....Ranveer Singh........obviously they dont care for him and though he has known few insiders, he is a not a true blue insiders like RK or VD or Alia or Arjun Kapoor.........so throw him under the bus.......and lo and behold..........we again react the same way we did for SSR's blinds.....

I hope people open their eyes and keep their personal hatred aside and see that RS was never given anything on platter neither there was any god father to push him into other's projects.........Befikre he got either cause Adi thought he can carry it or probably SSR rejected it....... he is not as important that Adi C will remove SSR and give a movie to RS.......

hmm, didn’t sushant do PK, around the same time as Byomkesh?

I def think between Sush and RS, sush wasn’t the most favoured party, interms of the contract, pay or even the scripts offered, but I do wish we don’t insinuate foul play, because sushant did sign what he signed.

If you see Ayushmann work with YRF, they did him dirty until Dum Lagaike. Ayushmann even said that he thought his career would end after Hawaizaada flopped.

It’s clear that problem lies with the system. Truth be told, not a lot of people are willing to launch new comers or offer them movies, until they have proven themselves. So for sushant, Ayushmann, these 3film YRF deals sound great on paper... only to find out all that glitters ain’t gold, cuz one YRF skimps out on everything cuz they launch new talent, I.e it’s all cash saving, and two, they play favorites.

I don’t see too many newcomers now signing those shitty deals, prolly cuz within the industry too, it has a rep for being a bad deal.

Didn't you just complain about people spreading rumors about others? As you said, you only met Ranbir once 🤓 how comes that you were able to diagnose his drug addiction so quieckly? I guess we have our own Mukesh Bhatt in the house.

Even if he is drug addicted do you think it is okay to make fun of it?

I do find YRF 's attitude towards Sush and Shraddha weird. Its like how Pari was allowed to work outside but Adi threw a fit when Shraddha wanted to do the same and eventually they had a fall out and she left to do Aashiqui 2.
