Rani ruined two lives for certain period or atleast got benefited from it. First professionally she ruined Aishwarya's career for 3 years and personally she ruined Payel Chopra's marital life by doing extra marital affair with Aditya Chopra.

Rani is still doing great movies like Hitchki and the Mardaani franchise. I personally prefer this half of her career than the goody-two-shoes roles she used to play back then.

Her top phase ended after Babul and Paheli tanking in 2006. Did a cameo in Sawariya no one noticed, no one even talk about when they discuss Sawariya. 2007 was when people stoppeed noticing her, yaane ki career ka the end.
