There is an option where you can filter certain words and people. When someone leaves a comment, she also has to approve and allow whoch can can be seen.

I don't think so. She must be following these particular fans. There's an option to only allow replies from your followers or from the ones you follow.

Limiting it to followers won't help because haters are also followers. So my guess is she limited the comments so that only people she follows can post.

eta: I checked the comments. Yeah, Sonam is following them all.

She set filter to enable comments only for the people she follows.

Whatever negative words pop up in most comments. Like if she mutes 'nepotism', any comment with that word won't show up. Celebs and influencers are really happy with this cause they can just mute the usual negative key words said about them and their comment section would be just praise.

No. She just allowed comments from people she follows so they are obviously going to be nice ones.
It's no filter or anything. Keywords can't stop all negative comments. Some will sneak through because not every single one will have banned words. Plus many people write either in Hindi script or transliterate Hindi. So either way, hateful comments will still get through even though they will lessen.

She's not individually approving comments either.

No actually I was wrong. She has apparently used the option where only the people she follows can comment.

I tried commenting to test, but couldn't.
