His name was Sushant Singh Rajput and he had a long list of accomplishments, a full life and his own opinion. PLEASE do not disrespect him by reducing him to nepotism and propaganda agendas. That is shameful!
It is always a tragedy when someone commits suicide no matter who they are, famous or not, what age, gender or social status. Suicide is a TRAGEDY.
Suicide solves nothing and creates more questions than answers, a loved one's suicide is emotionally devastating to their family and friends and they can be overwhelmed with grief, sadness and guilt plus many more intense emotions that may last forever. GOD be with them.
Even people at large or in this case fans, will also feel the sadness, because a suicide is a preventable death, "if only the person had reached out to others".
Suicides have many causes, such as mental disorders, depression, relationships, finances, accidental, chemical addiction etc... Unfortunately the questions of exactly why remain unanswered because the person is no longer able to reach out, in their moment of crisis they chose to take what they saw as the best way out.
However in this case I have read the most appalling comments from people blaming Bollywood and individuals for his actions, while at the same time glorifying negatives that a loud mouth uses to keep her 15 minutes of fame.
In other cases I have seen that in India there seems to be a tendency to rush and place blame on someone for the actions of others. As if the person had no will or brain of their own! or their family wants to diffuse any blame from themselves by blaming others.
The truth is that you cannot blame ANYONE for someone taking their own life, that is ridiculous and it is emotional blackmail and manipulation by a sour group to always politicize and shift the attention unto them, using even tragedy to do so. Bottom line they have no clue or answer, nor even cared when the person was alive. They are useful idiots, parroting an agenda.
Suicide is a very personal choice when done by a supposedly sane person it is the ultimate act of control over ones actions and a very personal and emphatic statement to do things their way. If is done by someone suffering from mental illness, then it is a failure of society to recognize and deal with a problem that has been stigmatized to the point of not even admitting it exists. If accidental then that bears it's own weight and it's own answer.
Again I will repeat "It is tragic when someone commits suicide" Negative comments and
blame games do not help, nor trying to highjack his death for propaganda, these things only serve to disrespect the person and their family, as if their life can be resumed into corroborating someone's theory, one that he did not particularly share. and their demise a cause to use as a talking point.
Bollywood had nothing to do with his suicide, nor any individual or even groups of individuals all of that is a travesty of lies, yes there are triggers that can make you upset, people also, BUT the person has to have and underlying issue, a severe one that does not allow them to look for alternatives and they see suicide as a remedy, rather than confronting the issues or reaching out.
I hope people quit the blaming and the manipulation, it is evil to use this situation as propaganda.
Allow the forensic team to do their job and to figure out how and when, the why almost always remains a mystery. I hope they allow his family privacy to mourn in peace.
As for him I pray that GOD receives him in his loving embrace, forgive his sins and allow him to rest in eternal peace.
I am truly saddened, I loved his smile and enjoyed all his films.
