Can I share my tips too? What I was taught by my therapist while I was going through a difficult time.

Maintaining a journal really helps. Write whatever you want to, any thoughts that are troubling.

Write the things that you are grateful for.

One feels much lighter after writing.

Do the things you love, watching movies, talking to a friend, spending time in nature, listening to music(no sad music though), singing etc whatever makes you feel better. Try to get out of the low vibration.

Do some exercises. Aerobics, yoga or dance.

Also look up Jacobson progressive relaxation technique. This helps in reducing anxiety.

The most important thing is to remember that if it becomes too much to handle on your own, never shy away from reaching out to a professional. Do not neglect mental health.

Whatever it is, one can always turn their life around.

Stay healthy, every one :)

yes yes.that journal thing really worked for me n helped a lot in dealing with my anxiety disorder.

Sleeping well at night, walking up early, meditating, drinking green tea, healthy diet, taking prescribed meds help too. Don't underestimate the little things.

All I want to say to him is that he did well. He did try and that's all that matters.
