Who can fill the gap left by Preity in Bollywood?

Was just watching this song and realized there is no-one who has been able to recreate Preity's charm, spunk, and bubbliness quotient after her exit from BW. Preity was cute, peppy, upbeat, and had the zing factor. She had a personality which sparkled and radiated charm, and a magnificent screen presence, which more than made up for her shortcomings as an actress.

No other actress after her could quite match her cuteness and X-factor, and the abundant charm which she radiated.

There have been people who were the sex symbols, the brilliant actress, the female-centric film queens, the washouts, the wannabe cuties but no-one could quite match our bubbly queen. I thought Genelia and Ayesha Takia had the potential but they faded out quickly.

Can anyone match our dimpled Preity's cute quotient? Which names can you think of?

I was thinking of Ananya Pandey, but she seems so bland in comparison to Preity. The diff. between them in their debut films is quite apparent. Posting a song from Ananya's debut movie.

Parineeti came somewhat close, but still Preity is Preity. She was made for rom-coms.

Parineeti disowned that part of herself when she tried to fit into the hot and sexy roles after losing weight. However, even when she was bubbly, she wasn't as captivating as Preity was. Preity's charm is so vivid, you can literally feel yourself smiling when she lights up the screen. That is tremendous charisma and screen presence right there. Parineeti is more 'pheenki' by comparison, if you know what I mean.

However I agree, Pari and Alia do come somewhat close to being 'bubbly'.

Nah, I haven't watched their movies, so this is only based on my first impression of them. Imo, they both looked very fresh, very youthful and pretty much your laid-back girl next-door type. Plus, I love the way they smile ❤️
