I have replied here,because Parvathy, Kangana,Tabu ,Rani are the best talents we have.The BEST.I am such a Parvathy fan..as a person and as an artiste.

DP has her own strengths in commercial cinema,because of her physicality and aura.As an entertainer,there is an audience for Dilli wali gf kind of songs and Race kind of films..which not every one can pull off.

I think DP did very well in Chhapaak,with a face which was completely scarred on both sides..and playing a character who took life with easy acceptance...Except for the shock after seeing herself in the mirror for the first time.

I haven't watch Uyare yet-because it is heartbreaking to watch another acid victim onscreen.I will get to it and I bet I will be blown

Lol that’s like comparing a Queen and a frog! Like another member said, Parvathy is among the all time greatest in acting talent. How to compare anything Parvathy has done with a wooden plank like Madam ji? Uyare and Parvathy don’t deserve this unfair comparison to low standard products like Madam ji and Champak.

I did watch Uyare, because of how disappointed I felt with Chhapaak. Not everyone can act or emote as well as Parvathi. I especially liked that she worked hard for her independence and dreams. In fact, the cafe run by acid victim survivors NGO is featured in one Uyare song as well.

She was amazing in Bangalore Days as well (except it took me some time to realize that it was her...because she looks so different in both).

Parvati n DP are no match.. Paru is the best of this gen Indian actress.. Uyare, virus, moideen, Bangalore days, take off, notebook, Charlie..she is the best!
