She was not arrogant initially.

I think that massive trolling, insults, rejection & mocking over the years publicly shamming her consistently made her really bitter from inside - That arrogance is just her defense mechanism to temporarily feel good about herself, imo.

Have to go with Sonam Kapoor. I do like her and she was brilliant in Neerja. But she does not understand the craft. She doesn't know how to become a character in her mind. She is just out of sync. Neerja worked because something about the role she was able to connect, with huge help from the director. But that doesn't mean she's now a great actress. She needs to continuously do workshops and use coaches/teachers to help her use her creativity and channel her energies in the correct way. Sadly I think she's got people around her who tell her she's so amazing and she believes it.

The only movie Sonam was good in was Neerja apart from that her acting sucks

1.) Nargis

2.) Sonam

3.) Jacqueline

4.) Katrina

Kat actually isn’t that terrible at acting anymore...I mean she may not be on the level of DP or PC but she’s way better than Sonam, Jacqueline and that horrible Nargis Fakhri!!
