Kat seems to be aging fast and not too well and trying to cover that with Botox/fillers.I don’t think PC has had anymore work done though besides that nose job she got like 10 years ago....her lips were always big and she just overlines them now as that’s the trend.

Those marks can appear at any age.

At young age they are not dark enough, hence not noticeable or easy to hide with make up. They turn darker as we get older or due to sun exposer.

As for overall transformation, I agree, Katrina has ruined her face totally. She looked her best in Dhoom 3 and before.

She should stop injecting botox and be happy with the pretty face she has or even think of melting it all.

Katrina is gorgeous, I never get the obsession over her puffy lips yada yada yada b/c she looks stunning to me.

PC is a lost cause, her face was literally perfect when she started and when till Fashion/Dostana despite her changes, but post 2015/16 she's been going crazy with her nose and lips and it's ugly so obviously ugly. She needs to stop--she freakin' won Miss World...like why are you doing anything your face woman, you were gorge!

Her face looks better now. It use to look like this during Zero promotions

She never had a very pretty face to begin with . Her face looked masculine thanks to that broad jawline ...she definitely had some jawline corrective surgery and started looking pretty..her prime in terms of looks was when she was doing those back to back films with Akshay after which she started injecting her face with Botox and fillers...JTHJ was the last time she looked decent... after that it’s been a hit and a miss depending on how bad or good the filler job has been...

Plastic surgery can easily become an addiction, especially for those with the means to obtain it. It's even a known psychological phenomenon.
