i remember reading here only, that it was proven by eye-witnesses that she was exaggerating and he didn't do any such thing.........

According some people touching a girl inappropriately is ok and if girl speak up then she is overreacting,,,,,,, galti se touch hogaya hoga galti se kaise hota hai ladki ke privacy me hath kaise ja sakta hai

How did they prove it , zaira said she was ready to forgive the men and she didn't even appeared in any court hearing until summoned , is it Mumbai police being overzealous

And what's so wrong with judges electing judges? Or do you want government appointing their favorites as they do with every other PSU? All the political parties would heartily support your idea. But as far as the common man is concerned, judiciary is the last straw. There might have been corruption and miscarriages of justice. But as a whole it's the least corrupted of all the 3 estates.

you have no idea about current situation, right? Do you know how many vacancies are there in High court and lower courts beco these judges are waiting for their rishtedaars to complete LLB or LLM? You cry nepotism in BW but nepotism in judiciary is far worse. And you know politicians are not the one who are suffering from this, it is common junta who is really victim. Our judiciary is equally corrupt. NJAC is not giving power to politicians. It will regulate it in better way. These judges are far more corrupt. Atleast politicians ke karnaame report toh kiye jaate h, judges ke against bolo koi, contempt of court daal ke puri zindagi haraam na kar de toh dekho. Upar se sab badiya lagta h. Andar se journalists, judiciary, and politicians are equally corrupt.

arre baba, raai ka parbat matt banao........ yes, most men are pervert....... keyword being MOST............doesnt mean ALL are like that......... we all are safe at our home with our fathers and brothers..........yet when we have to accuse men, we say ALL men are pervert........ 🤔

anyways, I dont know if he was guilty or not....this is what i read here.........doesnt mean its the gospel truth
