Bhakts are putting up Tanaji vs Chhapak numbers..a social film with the heroine and survivors with burnt faces.

Well the comparison is not apt because Chapaak unlike the movies that tweet refers to has not been banned! Deepika's own stupidity of trying to side with people who are notorious of being party to some not very palatable things further dampened the chances of the movie.
