Deepika pulled a Kangana

When I saw trailer of Chapaak I knew it is an important movie... This story needs to be told.. To a point it was all about Laxmi's courage and will power to survive.. But Deepika had to make it all about herself.. This is what Kangana does before her movies, she fights with people and creates unnecessary controversies to make everything about herself

Deepika messed up by going to JNU... I don't understand how can she be so stupid and wrong... When she is showing Laxmi's struggles to get justice in court and her victory restoring faith in justice system and at the same time going to JNU to support people when the investigation is not complete yet... She decided to stand with left students because of her ideological preference... Now what if Laxmi was an ABVP student and culprit a Left party member?... Is it really important to take a side because of your ideology?.. The woman she was standing with has been identified as one of the people who were actively involved in attack against students of JNU

Anyway, point being Deepika thought like Padmavat, Chapaak will gain from this controversy and if it doesn't then she can dump the failure on Bhakts... A good strategy for her... But it took away the focus from Laxmi that's why I decided not to watch it..

Deepika knew that the movie has low buzz. That’s why she went to JNU. Now JNU is the excuse for the movie doing poorly. Everyone knows that’s not the case

It definitely took away the focus from the movie and more importantly from the central issue on which the movie was based...I didn’t realize it at first but now its clear that she could’ve done better than diverting the conversation from acid attack victims to right Vs left...

At the least,I hope all this commotion about the movie has helped people to take note of the survivors and become more accepting of them instead of avoiding them....

Please don't compare Deepika with that attention seeker Kangana. Deepika has grace and dignity which Kangana doesn't.

It is not the leftists who are supporting deepika..news channels known to support the ruling party have supported the film.

The film has got attention abroad too with glowing reviews.

Bhakts are putting up Tanaji vs Chhapak numbers..a social film with the heroine and survivors with burnt faces.

I-F has been talking about nothing but Deepika and the film.

All you can say is that it is PR..what else do you have?

What PR are you talking about? I didn't use this in my post....

Shekhar Gupta is known for his Pro Congress stance... Every state you are talking about are Congress rules states... The left in India is the UPA and Right is NDA..

I don't understand what you are trying to say, it just seems you have decided to write same thing against everyone regardless of the context that seems like something which a PR does
