Congrats to Ajay..

The good thing about him is that despite choosing mainstream projects (mostly), he experiments with genre rather than sticking with one theme.

He range is varied -- romance, action, comedy, thriller and now even a period, he has tried 'em all. The fact that he is a good actor and a versatile one at that are extra brownie points adding to his overall growth and a steady run at the box-office.

His USP is that he has never tried to fit himself in a mold or an archetype. He evolved with age and took up different projects rather than getting stuck in the ruts like forever-young-romantic-hero or out-an-out-an action hero.

Hope we get to see more of him in the upcoming days. The audience can do with watching some real acting.
