And yes politicians needs to put in jail for instigation but they dont do because that is open secret not to put your rivals in jails, whoever is in power. Being emotional and morally right doesn't works in real world. Foe doesn't equal to causing riots and causing damage to public properties . If one does that, then get ready to be punished by law simple. Being emotional isn't going to work in real world.

How does criticising a government, a public figure or making a meme on the government leads to damaging of public property ?

A politician instigating a crowd with hate speech and misinformation can lead to riots and damaging of public property but somehow they have created a place where they are allowed to do all of these things without facing any consequences but the citizens are not even allowed to criticise them without facing jail time. I think that itself should explain everything. They are painting a picture that it's for the safety of the nation but its basically a tool to protect themselves.

She has been fuelling communal tension for a while with her lies fake news and propaganda , it's sad that she didn't get detained for that but for something else ...but in any case it's good job .
