I think fans of OTT actors like shahrukh khanSalman,amir,Hrithik,Kareena,kajol etc willl never connect with down to earth characters and their portrayal by newgen actors. With every generation comes certain changes but they keep expecting the current gen stars to "act" ( or should I say overact )in certain manner. It's like fans of Dilip Kumar Dissing Salman Khan of Maine Pyaar kiya because he didn't play a lover boy like Dilip Kumar did in anarkali.Ridiculous, isn't it?😆

Jhanvi was as real as possible in dhadak. She is a natural actor, a real talent which is why Karan jo is standing behind her rock solid the way he did for alia. And I believe alia turned out to be one heck of an actor. Of all the Bollywoodmovies I have watched so far, only a handful of movies have touched me deeply and dhadak is one of those rare gems. Apart from this one, the only movies where I cried buckets are highway, Sanam Teri Kadam and Kabir Singh and it's only due to the actors who made me feel connect with the characters with yheir effortless and natural acting.

I can totally understand if people call Sara terrible coz she is a fake actor and when she acts I can clearly see fakeness. Acting doesn't come naturally to her so she pretends to act but jhanvi is too good an actor from what I have seen so far and I can't wait to see what she does next. I am all for nepotism when it comes to gifted starkids. I believe jhanvi should focus on her talent and ignore haters and detractors who want to pull her down so that they can hype up their terrible to mediocre favs. Most Janu haters are Sara fans so their opinions don't matter anyway. Let's see who stands where in a couple of years. Sara is anyway above 26 and doesn't have much time to prove her credibility as an actor. Not that she has had any to begin with. She is only good enough for 2 bits roles and will never be a serious actor. On the other hand, jhanvi is just 21 n has everything going in her favor and she will prove her detractors wrong in the long run. Just wait n watch!

Have you watched Sairat? Rinku is brilliant. She was just 15-16 and it was her first movie as well. She got a Special mention at the National Awards for her performance in Sairat.

The term actress is thrown around frivolously. She isn’t an actress. She is just there by virtue of being Boney and Sri’s daughter.

While I haven’t watched the movie but I saw a scene from the movie and was appalled. Trust Kjo to ruin a good movie by ghusaoing talentless insiders.
