It seems like every other day some actor or actress is announcing that they have launched their YT channel.
It started off with Alia Bhatt, followed by Varun Dhawan (who I think had a channel earlier but was not active there), then Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani and now Kartik Aaryan has announced that he is launching his channel today.
Is having a YT channel really going to help them in increasing their popularity or will it diminish their popularity since people might get fed up of seeing them?
