Love blossomed between Sara and Kartik while shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s next and that’s when Kartik played the caring boyfriend. A source close to the film informed us, “While shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s film, Sara and Kartik would explore local eateries. Sara being the ultimate sweet lover, would gorge on her favourite sweet dishes. However, it was Kartik who would keep a check on her binge. Kartik tries to keep her away from sweets as much as possible. She has worked hard on her physical transformation and Kartik doesn’t want her efforts to go waste.” Our source further added, “Whenever someone got sweets on the sets, it would be kept hidden from Sara, as instructed by Kartik. Sara’s sweet saga had become a joke of sorts on the set.”

Sara’s weight loss journey has been quite inspiring and Kartik helping her maintain it is adorable beyond words! The couple will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in Imtiaz Ali’s love story and fans are eager to see their chemistry play on the silver screen.
