Trust Akshay Kumar to make the most of any trip that he makes. The actor had recently travelled to the capital for the promotions and a special screening of his recent release, Mission Mangal, also featuring Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari and Nithya Menen. In the course of that, the actor apparently also made time to accommodate the shoot of a special music video for singer B Praak’s brand new single, written by lyricist Jaani. The song is expected to have sad and romantic undertones.
Prior to this, B Praak had sung Teri Mitti for Akshay’s home production, Kesari. The song went on to become a hit and was widely appreciated for its emotional quotient. Teri Mitti was the first collaboration between the actor and the singer who made his Bollywood debut with it. It’s said to have sparked off an equation of sorts between them which has now extended to a new song and music video.
The video, expected to be released soon, also features Kriti Sanon’s younger sister Nupur Sanon, who is expected to make her Bollywood feature film debut soon. For those who have come in late, Kriti will be seen sharing screen space with Akshay in Housefull 4. that releases on Diwali this year.
