Aishwarya is in fact the most intelligent and articulate woman that's ever come put of bollywood. Yes she shades all of America and how....👏 and she did it very knowingly and deliberately because Letterman was being patronizing to her right from the start and rubbed her the wrong way..I've watched this interview plenty of times before for the sheer audacity and chutzpah and guile of being able to do that to one of the biggest men in American tv at that time.

This can in no way be compared to Deepika or Priyanka who fall over backwards to ingratiate themselves towards the host and the American public.

I would put Aishwariya on par with VK Krishna Menon in this regard who used to give it to all them white men in buckets when they went all guns blazing against him....I mean the sheer audacity...

Deepika is not shading. She's hardly mean or anything. The truth is she has always been awkward. even more now than she was 10 yrs back.

She doesn't know what to say when to say how to say. She blurts out awkward stuff realises it wayyyyy later but it's too late. I have the same tendency. If someone asks me a question normally its ok. if its at an interview i go on and on and on in a circle. 😆

When someone asked her about global expansion pc popped up in her head and then she automatically thought about pc lifestyle and started speaking. Not shading or anything. She should practice interviews more to bring fluency and in givin precise answers.

Since she went to hollywood she always said the same thing that she will never uproot her life in India and move to US, she has always said that she want to live in India and work in Hollywood when work opportunities arise... How is that a shade.

She has never been an eloquent speaker and most of the time highly inarticulate.

DP is terrible at interviewing that's all I got from that video 😆.

She should just get to the point rather than deviating and thinking something else. In my college debates even i used to do it. I made a weird comment about men and it's embarrassing.
