Telugu movies are mostly for male audience. They usually appease these audience with shi* like these.

Bollywood is a saint compared to tollywood and I like watching bollywood movies for this reason. They are making really good female oriented movies these day. There's lot more to improve but even Hollywood is regressive in some ways. In past, there used to be some female oriented movies but now sometimes Anushka shetty gets to shine and there is Samantha , who is trying to bring some change. Samantha being Nagarjun's daughter-in-law helps though.

True, i started watching hindi and tamil, malayalam, kannada movies due to this.

Conservative in the sense Telugu industry doesn't make movies , where women sleep with multiple men , it doesn't let their daughters enter the industry , they don't usually marry heroines (Nagarjuna family may be an exception) , liplocks are not as aggressive as Bollywood. I don't think Malayalam movies are crass though.

South actors maintain Ramu is a good boy image . That's the reason no one talks about them . With KWK, Kangana , fake love affairs , weird promotion tactics, khule bajaar mein Tamasha kardetey hain bolly. That's the reason everyone keeps criticizing the bolly actors , as if they are our own padosi ya sister-in-law . And Bollywood being such a huge industry, everyone eyes them. Telugu industry, Tamil industry, Kannada industry, Malayalam industry, Bengali industry , Punjabi industry...... are smaller fishes , whose antics go unnoticed and termed as cute . But, all the industries make some good movies.

Sorry, for being aggressive the last time.

That good boy image is only on outside.

Telugu and Tamil industries are much bigger than the other industries, only less when compared to Bolly.

It is more into other industries. Also its most beautiful girls like Soundarya, Aishwarya, Deepika shift to other industries..Soundarya to Telugu, the other two to Bolly.

Haan totally! Lol!

But it is interesting to read about the Telegu industry here. It’s good people are talking about that.

In BW, while heroines & girls aren’t getting slapped anymore, the men & other character actors are just for laughs. This needs to stop as well.

Telugu girls are not much allowed by our families to enter this industry, not even girls from telugu stars are allowed. Even if they enter, they only have to do deglamour roles. Since telugu industry don't accept deglamour girls, they make more impact in other places like Tamil.

Aditi rao Hydari's mother, Vidya rao (Belongs to Wanaparthy, Telangana's royal family) is half Telugu and half Konkan and her father is a Muslim Hyderabadi.

This heroine, Priyanka Jawalkar belongs to Anantapur, Andhra pradesh .I don't know ,if she is authentic Telugite though.

Trisa and Samantha are half telugu i think

Tabu is telugu girl! I think there is someone too who was in Bolly. I think Waheeda Rehman. They are from Hyderabad.

this is really going over the top now, why can't people just handle the criticism the film and sandeep is getting? i went onto the hashtag and its a bunch of guys bashing pseudos and feminists. Many men and women thought what sandeep said was problematic and the they should have the freedom to say that without being insulted

now samantha akkineni and the singer chinmayi are getting bashed for speaking against what sandeep said

look at the kind of tweets these kabir singh fans are putting out, is sandeep proud that people are supporting him and tweeting stuff like this?

Slapping reveals love? Does kicking a man in his balls and crippling him for life reveal passion, then?
