So it means whoever has won national awards till date has sucked up to the central govt.? Is it a prerequisite?

She won her first national award in 2008 when there was a UPA govt. in centre.

I wish she doesn't win ever again for two reasons..

One..I believe she is a pathetic person..want her to come down on Earth
