Seems like Sandeep aur Pinky Farrar. If we look beyond Pari and Arjun, the movies features the likes of Pankaj Tripathi, Archana Puran Singh, Kanwaljeet Singh, Sheeba Chaddha, Ananya Khare, Sanjay Mishra, Raghuver Yadav, Neena Gupta, Amrita Puri and Jaideep Ahlawat, that is an excellent cast a wonderful mix of veterans and talented actors.

That is indeed an excellent cast. I read in some other topic that this film might get a Netflix release. So maybe the blind is hinting at this film.
