I kinda agree with this.

One thing though: PC only dumped Bharat for the HW movie that got shelved. So karma got her.. She could have played smart and gotten back to Salman... apologised... explained that she just tries to consolidate her HW position ( TBH.. her movies in HW are kinda floppies./.. ..her roles.. aren't thatbig... so she lost something that was at least looking solid for a movie that got shelved..)

To be fair.. many Indians try - and fail- when it comes to HW and other international moviemaking industries.

Besides Irrfan and Anuphan Kher(he's everywhere -but minor roles).. there's not many Indian names that ARE well known in the West right now. (yes PC and DP are known somewhat..PC is now known mainly for the Tvs eries.. rather than movie roles. Aish was also known .... but not like majorly.. by everyone... SRK is somewhat known and Aamir and Salman.. but just because they are big in BW.. not for roles in the Western markets) I also don;t know other Indian actors that get great roles in big blockbusters.(maybe add Nawazuddin and Saif for Sacred Games- that's also thanks to Netflix)

I don’t think twinklenight is FOD aka Alisa aka so many other ID names known as known as Psycho Ash fan. Or may be she is. I don’t know. But what I do know is DragonQueen is the same Psycho Ash fan. Before I was 98% sure and now I am 100%. And her hate for DPveer is nothing compared to her towards others. She hates Salman the most than anyone. She also hates Rani a lot. Sonam, Kareena and DPVeer came way later and her hatred towards dpveer is very new and nothing compared to how much she hates others like esp Salman and Rani.

P.S. And I don’t get why is she even liking my comments? Is this sort to be another type of laughing at how she sent hate pmed to others or what? 😵

Yes exactly. I remember that terrible thread about Kat. And I was thinking the same that how’s is Kat at fault for being born in such family? But I was too lazy to write that and get into another fight with those. I don’t think people who say such stuffs about her even think that such posts and bashing her over where she was born actually look bad on their part and make Kat a victim and gain her sympathy. I am not even her fan, and I felt bad for her. And such haters think they are actually going to make Kat hated by such stupid and illogical bashing. It just looks bad on them to bash a victim.

Priyanka’s way more known than everyone you listed. Not sure why you clubbed Priyanka and Deepika together like that, Deepika’s not really known here. Carrying a show for 3 seasons is a bigger deal than people understand. Also there’s lots more acting and production stuff Priyanka has in the works. CNV was always delayed, it’s still in active development. If Priyanka really wanted to do Bharat she could’ve dropped The Sky Is Pink. Priyanka chose TSIP and her wedding over Bharat and her wedding. Nothing about Bharat seems that great, even the cast seems to want to talk more about Priyanka than the film. Even if it makes money Salman takes all the credit. Just because others didn’t make it in Hollywood doesn’t mean Priyanka won’t continue doing her thing, she started out like this in Bollywood too... lots of The Hero, Kismat, Plan’s before the Fashion, Barfi and Mary Kom’s.

You have to keep in mind that she is not 18 anymore. Unfortunately age matters.

That’s not the only hurdle, it’s obviously not going to be easy. There’s not many roles for Indians or South Asians in general either. That’s why it’s important develop your own stuff too then you control the narrative and potentially open doors for others as well.

She might not be 18 but she is the only Priyanka Chopra. Only one. Single piece. Irreplaceable.
