Varun is not meant for big budget movies ..

He is only good for those 50-60 crore semi hits..

Varun is slowly losing the plot. Am not sure he's even considered in the bracket of Veer-Bir,Vicky,Kartik.

Vicky needs more solo successes but Kartik definitely is poised to take over from Varun.

Rahul and his reliable Dharma sources want us to know it is tentatively postponed but is it really? I read a Bizasia article that Kjo went to NY to get funding for Takht...something tells me it did not work out.

Jb508 already made a thread on an article by TOI refuting claims of Takht being shelved but saw this latestly article where they said Foxstar were also co-producing Takht and they were reluctant to fund the movie because of the huge budget. Apart from this article could not find any article referring to takht being shelved. They did try to get in touch with someone from Dharma but no one responded.

RS never shoots for two or more movies at the same time. So it is clear that the shooting is not going to happen in the later part of this year. Also his team made it really clear that Jayeshbhai is his next release after 83.

So no one is ready to fund Dharma? Dharma ka tag and kisi aur ka paisa was the norm.

I have never thought of Varun as a superstar, but this whole Varun is done sentiment is a clear over reaction 😆

True, he is not in financial trouble. It is a credibility issue. I don't think financiers were ever big on investing in him. He just hit a masterstroke with that Fox deal. Now that is over, no one is funding him as usual. 😆

Can somebody explain this Ranbir Akash thing? ☢️

Yeh lo. Akash Ambani was spotted at the Brahmastra set. They already gotten Ambanis onboard for Brahmastra.
