I love this movie so very much. I watch it once a year atleast and put it in the same bracket as Choti si baat, golmaal, naram garam, katha, bawarchi, apne paraye, chashme badoor, kisi se na kehna , chupke chupke etc.. Classic it is.

Omg thank you for posting this. I miss Deepika so much..I am so happy to see her movie and acting being praised globally..they even want to see Hollywood version of this movie with American culture reference..well I concur totally..the scenes they spoke about are my favourite too..esp the "I need a break" scene.

Yeah I thought it was awesome the way they said Deepika is a thespian and such a great actor. And that she doesn't get enough credit for it because she's so beautiful. I mean after seeing Alia and Kangana fail spectacularly at period performances, I feel like Deepika did such a superb job. Both Mastani and Padmavati felt so natural and regal. And she's not even trained right?

Piku....😍Just love everything about this movie...The elegance with which Deepika held the character Piku, the way she essayed ..my life to b lived my way..I care a damn for what the world says. The mystical character of Amitabh...where his consciousness about his stability of life leads to achieving liberation in the narrow lanes of his ancestral home, The dignified Irfan's amazing comic timing with Amitabh... cool expressions and awesome chemistry with Piku...just took this pairing to another level...looking forward to more of this pairing...!

Moushmi....what a comeback....from rimjhim gire sawaan's romantic pairing with Amitabh to his chirpy sis in law..😋Never expected such a beautiful narration.

Beautiful music added to the journey of the wonderful narration.

A movie very very close to my heart..🤩
