wtf is consensual sex with underage maid? In India age of consent is 18. Anyone underage having sex despite giving consent equals to no consent and can amount to rape.

I really don’t have any sympathy for Aditya Pancholi. Sex with Underage means rape by Indian law, so he is a peadophile. If Kangu is underaged that time then he belong to Jail.

God Forbid I actually fear These negativity will eat Kangana one day from within n She might not want to live anymore. I don't wish it for her though I dislike her. She might get punished by law soon so atleast she gets a little negativity out of her life. She is in self destruction mode.

I don't even like the Pancholis but she is undefendable. She was also old enough- she left home at 16 and was around 19-20 when with Pancholi. Yes, she was young, but by no means ingenue or underage ..or naive..

She goes after anyone left, right and center.

Even if she is RIGHT.. the fact that she lies and harasses so many people and plays victim card when things don't go in her favor makes people not even care about the times she might be actually right.

How come she herself is not sued for her fake claims? Where's the phone and the laptop that 'got dropped in water'? Why not handn them over to police, if she is telling the truth?? How come she is allowed to claim a relationship with a man- based only on photoshopped pictures and onesided emails ...that were never replied to? Is defamation not a thing for Police to act on when a celeb makes such accusations without any basis? How can she claim engagement in Paris with a man that proved he was in India throughout the month the 'Paris engagement' was supposed to have happened?

When she then speaks about true isues in BW.. these get lost amongst the sea of negativity she drags around her.
