There was no rape case. He had consensual sex with his underage maid and she didnot file any complaint.

I guess that this is in retaliation for Pancholi's defamation case against her. I wonder if there was anything false in what she ever said about him? People like he and Hrithik can't keep using the defamation card unless the other party is actually lying, not just because they have had enough of her talking about her life stories.

Pooja Bedi and Aditya Pancholi were in a live-in relationship. And one day, she caught him sleeping with her housemaid. She told everyone he raped the maid as she was underage. But the housemaid did not file any complaint as she did it knowingly. I dont know what happened in that case.

In Karan Oberoi, it is a consensual sex and fake case filed. And there is lot of evidence of the same.

Defamation case in HR issue shud be filed by her like other Me Too accused did. After all, she is the one who is accused of Stalking and Harassment. She says she had affair with Hrithik - that is not even a Crime even if we assume it to be true. Hrithik only corrected the Fact. Just like he corrected so many Fake link ups. The fact that she has not filed defamation case shows that she also knows she is guilty and would rather fool the public by fake stories in media.

And the fact that she is using such Fake rape threats against Pancholi to withdraw his case shows that she is on a weak footing. If she was saying the truth, she wud hv fought the defamation case rather than using such dirty bullying methods.

When is this circus gonna stop

How can one live with so much negativity in their lives , I don't know.

By Indian laws, sex with a minor is classified as rape, that's why Pancholi was convicted in the case with the maid. I think he was careful to avoid that with Kangana though.

Kangana is on another level. She makes even the vilest person look sane and good ,case in point pancholi guy.

I agree. But, if he was convicted, how is he free? I dont think the maid filed any case.
