Exactly she made some terrible choices like bride and prejudice but she really did put Bollywood on the grid. People knew the most beautiful woman in the world is an Indian actress, of course it's easier now (social media) for bollywood stars to have a wider reach but 15-20 years ago this was a major accomplishment

Yes Aish's hardwork is the reason for the work she gets. What makes u think that is not the reason? Please don't pull her down for something not true. As for Alia, she is no doubt hardworking just like everybody else but she gets these opportunities on her lap literally. She should have done some work outside of dharma while being close to him too like varun...even ranbir has made his own relationships with people. Ab sari film Alia karlegi toh dosri actresses kia karengi? This is not fair

Aish is stating facts. She gets the projects easily and she does her best to act well. Kjo is a Genius in Marketing his movies and has his own connections within the industry. He gets to know about everything.

Aish struggled a lot to be where she is today. Having or creating connections is part of the business. No one will come forward without connections. Through socializing Aish is where she is today that's a skill. That's difficult to create if you are a nobody and you have to nurture those connections before they really offer you something good or will help. At any giving chance if you not playing the way they want it you are out.

For nepo-kids Like Alia their only struggle is to prove that they can act. So they can get better projects.
Their connections happens way faster in the industry and just mentioning family members they already build the emotional connections and they will help. I mean how can a 10year old Alia be at SLB office?
Most of these nepokids were Assistents of big directors at a young age and most of the other ADs are now director themself so they Already know eachother
