Jokes apart ... I understand why similar looks since they are all styled by "Sabhya" ... That was the reason why I didn't like many looks of DP from her wedding time! ... Sabhya doesn't bring anything different ... keeps repeating same style for all! ... And Anushka looks really bad in her "red sari reception look" ... I am surprised she even had guts to step out of her house looking like that! ... 😳.. how can one be an esteemed designer yet make someone like Anushka look like a balloon?! .. Very bad styling fosho! ..

How is Sabya related her Hair style and Make up? He is only a designer, right? It is Shaleena who takes the blame for being less creative. I think reason why people associate this look with Deepika is bcoz of how often she has repeated the same Chipku bun - Long earrings look.

I don't know all the details of what goes behind the scenes! .. But if you check Sabya's page on Insta all his models look "similar" ... from similar accessories to similar hair! ... May be most just go with what a typical "Sabhya look" is!

Sabya was a breathe of fresh air 15 yrs ago as he provided a respite from MM's bling but he has stopped reinventing and fell into the trap of his own stardom. He is the most copied Indian designer and actually prides in it.. That explains his laziness to work on new styles.

Anushka does not have the long neck to carry that neckpiece. Her style is hep n minimalistic so her being overly decked up is a big no. Aishwarya and Deepika carried it a bit better.

Sabya designs the style. This tight bun, chandelier earrings, heavy choker vintage brocades and heavy embroidered sarees are his trademark styles. He styles almost every model of his in that style. It got associated with Deepika coz she wears Sabya often. In fact Sabya is her only go to when it comes to saree's n indian wear. She never experiments with other designers.

Deepika has been obsessed with the middle parted chipku buns since 2016. She wears her hair like this in western, Indian all type of clothes.

Even when she is not wearing Sabya saris she opts for the chipku bun and big earrings. This like her signature style whenever she wears a sari. The ivory and gold sari she wore in her Mumbai wedding reception is not Sabya. She wore ABJSK yet she chose to go for her fave chipku bun and big earrings. So many of her non Sabya saris looks are styled this way. Her hair was in a chipku ponytail at the Akash Ambani wedding. The very few times in recent years she did not go for the chipku bun when wearing sari. Hate the chipku bun tbh..

I really like Alia-Sabhy's look here! ... Up-do but not so chipku bun .. plus she skipped the earrings here and only opted for chunky necklace! .. Now this style and colour is so pretty on her! ..<3
