None of the pics you've posted could be called channeling Deepika. Alia is being called out here because of several reasons.

For one, she's hardly ever herself and always trying to copy someone she's getting jealous of. Earlier it was Kareena, now it seems it is Deepika. Just to prove that they are not special and she can do the same thing too.

Second, she did not wear these kind of clothes earlier and she's been 7 years in the industry, she's not a newcomer. Suddenly, when she's doing a period drama, for which Deepika is seen as perfect right now, she's not only wearing and accessorising like her but also seems to be copying her poses and demeanor and posture.

Third, she seems to have a complex about her height with her weird neck thing and bigger necklines which people have noticed.

So, it's not just a saree and the mid parting. It's that she is the one doing it.

She does look like Deepika in her dressing n hairstyle. Must say, I dislike this look on Deepika too. Chipku bun and long earrings. Why would anyone want to ape it?

Ah toh when did I say otherwise ... Everyone is aping Deepika from Alia to Aish to Anu to even Kriti (-😉) .. even us for copying her "breathing style" .. 🤣

Jokes apart ... I understand why similar looks since they are all styled by "Sabhya" ... That was the reason why I didn't like many looks of DP from her wedding time! ... Sabhya doesn't bring anything different ... keeps repeating same style for all! ... And Anushka looks really bad in her "red sari reception look" ... I am surprised she even had guts to step out of her house looking like that! ... 😳.. how can one be an esteemed designer yet make someone like Anushka look like a balloon?! .. Very bad styling fosho! ..
