No. She is not channeling her inner Deepika but she is trying to channel her real age. However she ended up looking like a teenager who was forced to wear her mother's sari and jewellery to attend a wedding.

Deepika has done alot of 'chipku' bun looks at events. The long earrings middle parting and Sabyasachi sarees is synonymous with Deepika and she does it really well.
