Why Ranbir and Katrina never became a 'power couple' ?

Both were superstars who gave few hundred crore superhits but they were never the power couple or it couple or whatever you want to call them.

Because there was always Deepika on the side with her sob story reminding people that they cheated on her.. They could never cash in on their "couple" and then of course RK DP started working together and the old hype was stronger than the fresh one😆

Because Neetu and Rishi did not approve of Katrina so they never came out as a couple until that christmas lunch in 2015 which was followed by their break up later that year.

With rk Kat i guess it was series of unfortunate events. May b it's all for good. Life with rk is going to b very challenging anyways. I do belive Kat is good soul, I know there are people who don't agree. Anyways if she is good soul , she will surely get a good guy. If not in Bollywood, May b somewhere else.

In Kjo's biography Kjo said he used to coax them to be open about their relationship to media, but the couple was reluctant... Then in 2015 both started talking about the partner in front of media during their movie promotions... Aur phir break up ho gaya. They were still in trial and error space.. Didn't have a foolproof mantra for it... Which RKAlia now have after DPRS and PCNick's PDA. Inke liye kaam kar raha hai toh humare liye bhi karenge..
