Why did Filmfare snub Deepika?

She was the face of the biggest hit of the year. By default she should have won most popular actor (female), no?

PS: I do feel it was Ranveer's movie. But people here thinks she saved it and made PV a blockbuster but why did FF ignore her?

All the money to pay for this award went for Chhapak. How can someone pay for their award and movies at the same time? She doesn't have a Karan Johar to do either one of them. Such sadness,much crying.😭
